Who is CheapTotes?
CheapTotes was introduced to our family in 2003. We started by carrying natural cotton canvas bags. As we have grown over the past couple of years and have added numerous products to our tote bag business.
Why should I buy from CheapTotes?
We offer on-time shipments, excellent friendly customer service, and we are a family owned and operated business.
What is your leadtime?
Our standard lead time for bags is 2-6 business days from the time we receive your order depending on your location. Understandably, we realize that there are specific deadlines and times you need to meet. Simply inform your customer service representative of when and where the bags need to be, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request and provide a quote if applicable.
How do I place an order?

What is the imprint area on your tote bags?
Please reference each product's description for this information. We do not provide imprinting to our customers. This will need to be provided by an outside source.
How much is shipping?
For orders shipping to the 48 states shipping rates start at $5.99 via UPS or USPS. [Click here for details] If you require a specific time for your bags to arrive, please call for a quote. Rates for Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada need to be quoted by your customer service representative as additional charges will apply.
Do you drop ship?
Yes. If drop shipping is to more than one location, talk with a customer service representative for a quote. Additional charges may apply.
Can I get a sample?
CheapTotes takes pride in keeping our prices as low as possible to our customers. In doing so this does not allow for sending out samples.
What are your terms and payment options?
We do not currently extend credit to our customers. We accept, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Checks, and Money Orders. For larger quantities please discuss terms with a customer service representative.
Can you personalize bags?
Most of our bags can be personalized (except for NWPP & GNWPP), however we do not personalize bags.
Can I buy in increments of one (1)?
Yes. We do not have a minimum order.
Do you offer discounts for non-profit organizations?
We do not currently offer discounts. We price our bags as low as possible for our customers.
Do you have a return/exchange policy?
We do not offer returns as we are a wholesale company keeping our prices as low as possible for our customers. We are sure you will be very happy with the quality of our products. In the unfortunate event you do not get what you were expecting, you may call our office at (802) 427-1203 and speak with a customer service representative for the possibility of an exhange. Please choose your items carefully.
Do you have to be a business to purchase from CheapTotes?
No. Anyone can purchase tote bags from CheapToteBags.com.
